Policies and customer information
This page explains the information used by the current Stellar Ziwei account, store, order and human-led consultation paths.
This page reflects the current local service boundary. Final production contact details, retention periods, provider notices and any legally required disclosures still require operational and legal review before launch.
WordPress and WooCommerce use the information you submit to support account access, carts, purchases and order records. Depending on the action you take, this can include account details, contact details, billing information, saved addresses, delivery addresses for physical products, order items, amounts and order or payment status.
WooCommerce remains the source of truth for products, orders, amounts and refunds. Stellar Ziwei does not maintain a separate project payment ledger.
A Zi Wei Dou Shu consultation may use the information submitted through the protected account path: date of birth; optional birth time or an “unknown” selection; birth country, region or state, and city; optional detailed birth address; gender selection with an optional description; optional name; and optional questions. The submission is linked to the relevant WordPress account and WooCommerce order or service record.
Consultation submissions are versioned rather than silently overwritten. The work is claimed and prepared by authorized staff; it is not an automated calculation service.
Authorized staff who handle consultation work can view the submitted consultation record. Views and workflow actions are recorded with the staff account and time so access and handling can be audited. Consultation information is not intended for public display.
Standard PayPal checkout is handled through PayPal’s external service. PayPal may receive the information required to process the payment under its own service terms, while WooCommerce records the resulting order and payment status.
Consultation results follow the configured email delivery path. The production sender identity and final provider disclosures must be confirmed before launch.
Account, order and consultation records are currently retained without an automated deletion process. A final retention period, backup treatment and tested deletion procedure have not yet been approved. Automated deletion must remain off until those items are confirmed.
My Account provides access to the customer’s own orders, addresses, account details and consultation records. Privacy questions can begin through the Contact page. These routes are not represented as an automated export, deletion or legal-rights request system.
